Technical Application Specialist Infor LN
Location: Rotterdam area or Northern Netherlands | 32-40 hours | Hybrid
Do you combine strong Infor LN expertise with a solid understanding of business processes?
For an international organization, we are looking for a Technical Application Specialist Infor LN. You will contribute to the support, development and implementation of Infor LN.
The organization is currently undergoing a major ERP transformation, migrating existing Baan environments to the latest version of Infor LN. In this role, you will work on both technical challenges and the improvement and standardization of business processes. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different international locations.
What will you do?
Support the implementation and further development of Infor LN.
Test and verify functionality within new and existing ERP solutions.
Manage and support the technical Infor environment, including Infor OS and Local Runtime Environment (LTR).
Perform system patches and updates and support server management and certificate installation.
Manage and support the change request process within the ERP environment.
Resolve incidents and provide expert support and guidance to business users.
Work closely with international IT teams, including IT Operations, Security, Project Management and IT Business Partners.
Support and coordinate ERP-related projects, including collaboration with external partners.
Advise the business on the effective and standardized use of Infor LN.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate business processes through technology.
Stay up to date with the latest Infor technologies and developments.
Who are you?
You have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
You have at least 4 years of experience with ERP applications, implementations and/or application support.
You have strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with Infor LN.
You have technical knowledge of Infor OS and Local Runtime Environment (LTR).
You understand business processes and are able to translate between business requirements and technical solutions.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You communicate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders.
You enjoy working in an international environment.
You are fluent in English. Dutch is not required.
You are proactive, collaborative and continuously look for opportunities to improve.
